Good Genetics Is Not Good Enough

" He/She has good genetics" , may be one of the most go to sayings when it comes to why that athlete became pro. Although they may have had that gifted edge from the start, it is not the sole determinant of why they are there now. Not saying that it does not benefit them having certain attributes , however, not being genetically gifted, improving your weaknessses, training hard, and training smart is half the battle in achieving that status.
